Guidelines for Bracket Processing
The four types of products listed above that combine resin brackets always require gluing during use. However, cutting is only necessary in specific cases, such as when the product does not fit your installation height or setup conditions.
1. About Gluing (Required Processing)
All four bracket set models feature a structure that integrates the resin bracket and resin base (or cap joint) using adhesive. No threaded grooves are cut into them to allow for flexibility in both angle adjustment and cutting.
We use acetone-based welding for our in-house gluing work, resulting in an extremely strong bond. If you want to save on on-site gluing labor and use your product with a secure, fixed fit, we recommend opting for our in-house gluing processing.
2. About Bracket Cutting (Optional Processing)
This processing is only necessary if you need to adjust the height from the mounting surface to the center of the pipe. It is convenient for situations such as when the height is pre-determined but does not quite fit, or when you want to eliminate on-site cutting work.
