How to Select the Proper Diameter of the Resin Bracket
Our resin brackets have different diameters depending on their overall length.
• Lengths 50, 100, 150mm → Diameter 16mm
• Lengths 75, 125, 200mm → Diameter 20mm
For scenarios where a load is applied, we recommend the 20mm diameter bracket size.
* For large diameter size options, only the 20mm bracket diameter is available.
Basic Installation Steps
1. Determine the Installation Location
Mark the fixed position of the resin mounting base on a mounting surface such as a wall. Please take into account the center point of the pipe stand and the required clearance.
2. Bond the Resin Bracket to the Resin Mounting Base
Cut and adjust the resin bracket as needed, set your desired angle using a rigid plastic adhesive or similar, then secure it to the resin mounting base to integrate the two components.
* No threads are machined into the resin bracket and resin mounting base to allow for attachment at any angle. For this reason, this product is intended for use only after being fully and securely bonded.
3. Secure to the Mounting Surface
Insert mounting screws into the two screw holes on the resin mounting base bonded in the prior step, then secure the base to the mounting surface. Select the correct screws for your substrate and drill pilot holes as needed.
4. Secure the Target Object and Install the Clamp
Align the resin pipe clamp with the top of the resin bracket (which has four protrusions), then tighten the included bolts and nuts until there is no looseness. To prevent indentation in the resin, install flat washers on both outer sides when tightening.
Important Usage Notes
This product is designed primarily for pipe stand stabilization (preventing sideways sway), so it is not rated to support the full weight of the piping itself. If using this product with heavy piping, please use it in combination with a separate support material to brace the bottom of the piping.
