Resin Pipe Clamp with T-Bracket is a fixture designed to stabilize and position vertical pipes. It can be held at a "mid-range height" that is higher than resin saddle clamps and lower than resin pipe clamp bracket sets. This article explains basic installation procedures and important usage notes.
What You’ll Learn in This Article
・Installation steps for the Resin Pipe Clamp with T-Bracket
・Proper tightening techniques and principles
・Key points to note during installation
Pre-Installation Checks
Before installing, please confirm the following points.
・The outer diameter of the target object matches the compatible diameter of the product.
・The installation surface (walls, structural materials, etc.) has sufficient strength.
・The fixing screws and anchors match the construction conditions.
※This product is not intended to support the load of the pipe itself, but rather to suppress lateral sway of vertical pipes.
Basic Installation Procedures
1. Secure the Resin T-Bracket to the Installation Surface
Use the fixing screws (M6 recommended) to securely fasten the bracket to the base material. When selecting screw length, consider the bracket thickness (8.5mm) and base material thickness, aiming for 20mm or longer as a guideline.
2. Set the Pipe Clamp onto the Pipe
Slide the pipe clamp onto the target pipe or pole. Do not force it open; install it naturally.
3. Assemble the Bolt and Nut
Fasten the pipe clamp and T-bracket together using the included bolts and nuts. Tighten only until you can turn them by hand, without using tools.
※Please use flat washers sandwiched on both outer sides for stable fastening.
※Strong tightening with tools such as wrenches is not intended for this product.
Installation Advantages
To make on-site position adjustment easier, this product has a movable range of approximately 4 to 5mm vertically and several millimeters front-to-back. This allows for smooth on-site fine centering and adjustments.
Summary
Resin Pipe Clamp with T-Bracket is a product that balances ease of installation while maintaining an appropriate distance from the mounting surface. Please use it especially on job sites where you want to efficiently align vertical pipes and suppress sway.
