Resin Materials Used
Polypropylene (PP) Resin
This is the main material used in our resin saddle bands and resin pipe clamps (bodies).
・Lightweight and easy to handle.
・Excellent chemical resistance.
・Has moderate flexibility and is resistant to cracking.
・We use weather-resistant grades, making them suitable for outdoor use.
ABS Resin
This resin is used for accessory components such as resin brackets and resin pedestals.
・High rigidity and excellent shape retention.
・Even with commercially available adhesives, it is easy to achieve sufficient bonding strength.
・We use impact-resistant grades for a crack-resistant design.
・We are gradually switching to "weather resistance improved specifications" to support outdoor use as well.
Recommended Operating Temperature Range
The recommended operating temperature range for the entire product is as follows.
・Normal temperature: Up to approximately 80°C.
Note: Short-term temperature spikes or localized heating are not accounted for.
Note: Depending on the operating environment and load conditions, it may be advisable to avoid use even within the above range.
