We are officially launching the anti-vibration resin pipe clamp series, a pipe fastening fixture designed to eliminate the slight misalignment that existing standards could not fully accommodate.
This series offers a total of 56 sizes, including 1 mm increments, and achieves high fit precision through hand finishing. It also supports detailed requests that only our made-to-order processing system can handle, such as 0.5 mm adjustments and machining of included parts.
Development Background
The project began with a review of products related to securing pipes and rods, not limited to plumbing applications.
Because many products on the market are optimized only for their primary use,
- when used for another purpose, the size did not fit
- we managed to make it work with modifications
there were complaints about slight misalignment in applications the manufacturer had not anticipated. In many cases, the genuine fastening parts were not sold separately, and we saw users forced to make do with a compromised fit. That revealed both a gap in existing standards and a clear need.
Rather than settling for something close in size, we set out to create a product series with its own size system, so users could choose the right one for the application. After about two years of advance sales and repeated improvements, we have now reached this official launch.
Anti-Vibration Resin Pipe Clamp Series Lineup

- Anti-Vibration Resin Pipe Clamp
- Anti-Vibration Resin Pipe Clamp with Mount
- Anti-Vibration Resin Pipe Clamp Bracket Set
- Anti-Vibration Resin Pipe Clamp with T-Bracket
- Anti-Vibration Resin Double Pipe Clamp Bracket Set
- Anti-Vibration Resin Double Pipe Clamp Spacer Set
By combining it with the included parts, it can handle a wide range of fastening scenarios.
Series Features
① Supports a total of 56 sizes, including 1 mm increments

After repeated testing, we now offer a lineup of all 56 sizes from 8 mm to 100 mm. The high-demand small- to medium-diameter range uses a fine size system in 1 mm increments, making it easier to fit nonstandard objects.
※ Due to the specifications of the included parts, some products are limited to 46 sizes (up to 54 mm).
② Balancing quality and precision through the human hand

In the past, these products were mainly used in places that are out of sight, such as underfloor piping, where appearance quality was less of a priority. But over a period of more than a year, we carried out revisions to almost all molds. Using customer reviews and usage examples as references, we also worked to adjust the product structure.
At the same time, we reviewed every manufacturing process and redesigned our quality standards. Because the structure is difficult to automate, we shifted to a method of carefully molding each piece one by one with time and attention.
In addition, by continuing to improve the hand-finishing, bonding, and adjustment processes, we have achieved a clean appearance with minimal noise and high fastening precision.
③ Built a made-to-order processing system for immediate delivery

While offering an extensive range of variations like a semi-custom order, we have also established a fast shipping system with same-day dispatch as standard.
To make it possible to match even finer sizes, we also handle 0.5 mm adjustments and custom requests such as cutting and bonding the included parts so work can begin on-site right away.
Future Developments
- A digital catalog that is easy to understand even for users outside the field
- Variable CAD/3D data that reproduces combinations of sizes and part configurations
We will continue improving these resources so customers can use the products with greater peace of mind.
Comment from the Person in Charge
As part of our "second founding" leading up to our 50th anniversary, we are currently pursuing a variety of initiatives. This project reflects our determination to rethink our business model, which has traditionally focused on contract manufacturing as a local factory, and transform ourselves into a manufacturer that thoroughly addresses the small concerns of users.
Going forward, with this series as our core, we will provide a "choice you can trust" to users who were not satisfied with existing alternatives. We hope these small parts will connect users' ideas and become the foundation that supports a wide range of fastening needs.
